DELIVERY METHODS
Using the CC: (Carbon Copy) field will send a copy of everyone's email address to everyone else in the list. Apart from the privacy issues with this method it also means that all those email addresses are kept in so many other computers and available for a virus in any one of those computers to attempt to infect all the others.
Using the BCC: (Blind Carbon Copy) field will hide the addresses from recipients but even with including one email address (your own) in the TO: field this sort of delivery method will often be identified as SPAM even for legitimate subscribers because their address is not contained in the email.
The other problem with BCC: is that some email servers have a limited number of addresses that they will process using this method and if any one of the email addresses is invalid (an incorrect email format) then the whole batch will be rejected.
HTML or text Some email software cannot read HTML emails and some mail filters will reject all HTML email because of the fear of viruses or pornography being delivered by those methods. Because of that it is most acceptable to offer both text and HTML email options.
Javascript or Active-X components like Macromedia Flash will almost certainly be rejected by the majority of recipients.
There are many third party email marketing companies which provide delivery methods. In addition to delivery these companies often provide tracking and click-through reporting. Real time tracking and reporting makes measuring the success of your email venture quick and easy.

If you are uncertain about using third party email marketing companies yourself then Axys can assist you through the process. A company like Vertical Response will provide many template layouts to choose from for designing your email but for special layout and design ask Axys to make a custom template.
